Unpacking

Unauthorized copying of this material is prohibited

The bundles of articles are packed as ZIP files.

Create an empty folder (call it Pikier, for example), save the files to it and unpack them in it.

The present file will provide links to bundles in that folder.

Environment

 

The articles can be read only under MSWindows in MSInternetExplorer !

There is no guarantee !! that they will be readable in other environment.

The content is best viewed at 800x600 screen resolution !

In higher resolutions it’s also legible ! but the picture is somewhat less pleasant.

Explanations

 

Pikier = Polish bridge bulletin 1981–85. Later, only on the web.

Pikier is a compound of two Polish words:

pik (from French pique) + kier (from French coeur)

Pronounce it like English:  peak–year

Lukasz = First name (Lucas) of the editor and author of Pikier

Pronounce it like English:  woo–cash

Slawinski = Surname of the editor and author of Pikier

Pronounce it like English:  swa-veegn-ski  ( gn as in French d’Artagnan )
